Kambiz Silani

Dr. Kambiz Silani is the chief clinical director of Beverly Hills Optometry. In 2013, he proudly founded their Advanced Dry Eye Center in Beverly Hills, CA. As a second-generation eye care specialist, Dr Silani’s high-tech practice focuses on utilizing office-based and evidence-based devices to properly identify, diagnose and treat patients for various ocular conditions, most notably ocular surface disease (OSD).

In the optometric community, Dr Silani’s modern approach toward the treatment of ocular surface disease including Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD), Dry Eye Disease, Ocular Rosacea, Chalazion, and Blepharitis has made him an influencer, thought leader, advisor, consultant, and speaker for several tech & eye care companies including Johnson & Johnson Vision, Lumenis, Sight Sciences, Alcon, Oculus USA, NuLids, PatientPop and more.

He has been featured on the network TV show, The Doctors, and has written as a guest author for numerous publications and media outlets, most notably: Fox News, NBC News, Refinery29, Review of Optometry, Modern Optometry, and Optometry Management. Most recently, he was ranked both locally and nationally in LA Magazine and Newsweek as one of the Best Eye Doctors (2022 & 2023).

His practice philosophy is patient education and patient empowerment. Many of his advanced dry eye patients have lost hope through their dry eye journey. Despite the challenges these patients face, as a dedicated practitioner and dry eye guru, he is committed to restoring their quality of vision and quality of life. For over a decade, he has honed and evolved his unique dry eye protocol and will continue to offer his expertise and experience to those in need.

Dr Silani enjoys traveling, swimming, & delicious cuisine. In July 2023, he proudly welcomed his first newborn, a baby boy named Kian Cyrus Silani.
