Merin Thomas

Dr. Merin Abraham, a California native, received her Bachelor’s in Biology from the University of California, Irvine. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree with magna cum laude honors from the Southern California College of Optometry in 2018. During her time as a student, she served on the board for SVOSH (Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity) and enjoyed volunteering her time on international mission trips as well as organizations like Care Harbor Los Angeles.
Dr. Abraham completed a residency in Primary Care and Ocular Disease at the Eye Care Center of New Jersey. She now practices full-scope optometry at Marano Eye Care. She is affiliated with Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ, and St. Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, NJ. In her free time, Dr. Abraham enjoys traveling with her husband, hiking, concerts, and spending time with her family/friends.
